1-Man Delivery – Please Read Before Ordering
Our Delivery service is a one-man delivery. Orders are delivered using a lorry approximately the size of a fire engine.
Important: Please inform us in advance if there are any access restrictions or local issues that could affect delivery.
How Delivery Works
- Deliveries are made using a lorry equipped with a tail lift to safely lower your order to the ground.
- Items are securely packed on a pallet, and the driver will have a pallet truck to move it as close to your property as possible.
- The pallet truck can only be used on solid, level surfaces — it cannot be moved over gravel, grass, steps, or steep inclines.
- Pallets are typically around 1.2 metres wide, so this is the minimum gate width required for access.
- Please note: The driver is not insured or required to unpack, move, or carry items into your property.
Additional Deliveries
Gas Fires may be dispatched separately via courier and could arrive on a different day to your fireplace (unless otherwise arranged).
Delivery Times
- Deliveries are 48-72hrs from order (not including weekends)
- Deliveries take place anytime between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Some delivery depots may send a text notification in advance, but this can arrive later in the day depending on the driver’s route.
Important Notice
Due to ongoing pressures on the pallet network and nationwide driver shortages, we cannot guarantee delivery on your selected date. We will update you as soon as possible if there are any delays.
Please do not book contractors, plumbers, or fitters until you have received your goods.
Unexpected delays can occur, and we cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from missed appointments.
